Truck drivers and transporters running time-critical deliveries face heavy financial penalties whenever a vehicle breaks down on route. The real problem was never a shortage of mechanics — it was the absence of a fast, structured, language-friendly way to connect a stranded driver to the right local help. Drivers often speak only regional languages, have no time to hunt for vendors, and lose hours and margin with every delay. The client needed a zero-friction, multilingual roadside assistance system that any driver could use instantly — without downloading an app.

RannLab built a QR-triggered, multilingual WhatsApp AI chatbot on the RannCX platform. A driver scans a QR code displayed in the cabin or on route signage, instantly opening a WhatsApp chat. The AI chatbot converses in the driver's own regional language — collecting the exact issue details, location, and photo evidence, while offering basic fix-it tips for minor problems. The structured data is passed to the backend team, who dispatch a nearby vendor capable of resolving the breakdown. Beyond the driver-facing bot, RannLab engineered an extended client management portal on top of RannCX, giving the client's team real-time visibility to track, coordinate, and resolve every active breakdown incident across all 5,000+ trucks.
