About This HR Manager Job in Greater Noida

Rannlab Technologies is an AI-first software product and IT solutions company headquartered in Greater Noida, India. We build enterprise-grade SaaS platforms, healthcare IT, and digital trust solutions for regulated and global markets. As we scale into a product-led, AI-powered organization, we’re looking for an HR Manager who can build the people systems, culture, and accountability frameworks that drive our next stage of growth.

Role Summary

We are hiring a hands-on, growth-focused HR Manager to own the complete employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, payroll, attendance, performance, learning, and retention. The ideal candidate has prior IT-industry experience, has successfully managed a team of 10–15 employees, and can demonstrate real results in team building, policy implementation, payroll, and recruitment. She understands the staff augmentation process, actively contributes to company team building and growth, and is fluent with AI tools and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook & more). She is approachable and people-friendly, yet firm on discipline and company rules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Staff Augmentation

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Drive the staff augmentation process — scaling teams quickly to meet project and client demands with the right talent.
  • Quickly adopt new hiring platforms and internal tools as the company grows.

2. Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, salary structures, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Oversee monthly attendance, leave management, and time-tracking via HRMS/attendance systems.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.

3. Policy, KRA & KPI Framework

  • Define, document, and implement HR policies across the organization.
  • Design and roll out KRAs and KPIs for every role and ensure consistent application and measurement.
  • Drive a culture of performance accountability through structured reviews and feedback.

4. Learning & Development

  • Implement structured L&D processes, onboarding journeys, and skill-building programs.
  • Manage training calendars and track outcomes against defined goals.

5. Employee Engagement & Recognition

  • Run recognition programs such as “Employee of the Week/Month” to reinforce culture and motivation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and manage employee relations.

6. Compliance & Discipline

  • Implement and enforce rules, regulations, and code of conduct fairly and consistently.
  • Balance an approachable, people-first attitude with firm adherence to company policies.

7. Team Building, Growth & Leadership

  • Build, lead, and manage teams and actively participate in company team building and overall growth.
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business expansion goals.
  • Enable smooth operations in a hybrid work environment, ensuring coordination across on-site and remote staff.

8. Technology, AI & Productivity

  • Leverage AI tools for smarter hiring, screening, HR analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Work confidently with Microsoft 365Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive — to manage communication, scheduling, documentation, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, with prior experience in an IT/software company.
  • Team Management: Proven track record of managing a team of 10–15 employees, with demonstrated success in team building, policies, payroll, and hiring.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA-HR preferred).
  • Strong expertise in payroll, attendance management, and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals, including staff augmentation.
  • Ability to define and operationalize HR policies, KRAs, and KPIs.
  • Strong computer proficiency — comfortable with day-to-day digital tools, HRMS, AI-based HR tools, and quickly adopting new internal systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Experience implementing L&D and employee engagement/recognition programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Personal Attributes

  • Approachable yet firm — builds trust without compromising on discipline or company rules.
  • Strong ownership mindset and a systems-thinker who builds repeatable processes.
  • Growth-oriented — actively contributes to team building and company expansion.
  • Tech-savvy and AI-forward — embraces automation and modern productivity tools.
  • Fair, ethical, and confidential in handling people matters.

What We Offer

  • A leadership role in a fast-growing, AI-first product company.
  • Direct collaboration with the Founder & CEO in shaping culture and people systems.
  • Hybrid work flexibility and a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Opportunity to build HR systems from the ground up and grow with the company.
