Business Development Manager (Mid-Level)

Rannlab Technologies is hiring a dynamic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead IT sales, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and manage a high-quality sales pipeline. This role is designed for Mid-Level professionals who have proven experience in acquiring clients, closing high-value deals, and taking ownership of B2B sales strategies in the IT domain.

The selected candidate will manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiations, and final closure. You will work directly with the CEO, technical team heads, marketing teams, and Business Development Executives to align business goals with revenue generation.


About the Business Development Manager Role

The Business Development Manager is a revenue-focused leadership role requiring deep understanding of IT services, solutions, SaaS platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise technology needs. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, expanding market coverage, representing the Rannlab brand, and establishing long-term business relationships across India, UAE, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities (Business Development Manager)

1. Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Build, manage, and scale a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Forecast sales performance and maintain accurate CRM data.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking events, cold outreach, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Generate high-quality leads and qualify them effectively.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, founders, directors, and procurement teams.

3. Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Conduct detailed requirement discussions with potential clients.
  • Present Rannlab’s portfolio, case studies, and technical capabilities confidently.
  • Arrange product demos and POCs for SaaS and AI-driven solutions.

4. Proposal, Pricing & Negotiation

  • Prepare commercial proposals with clear scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and final agreements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure commitments made during sales align with delivery capabilities.
  • Share client expectations, risks, and requirements proactively.

6. Branding, Market Presence & Networking

  • Represent Rannlab at tech events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Build partnerships with agencies, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new opportunities.

7. Leadership & Team Management

  • Guide and mentor Business Development Executives and Sales Executives.
  • Review team performance, KPIs, outreach quality, and follow-up efficiency.
  • Lead sales training on communication, objection handling, and pipeline strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in IT sales or BDM roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive the full sales cycle independently.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong accountability.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience selling internationally (UAE, US, Europe).
  • Understanding of AI/LLM-based solutions and automation workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise IT, cloud services, or ERP systems.
  • Capability to create pitch decks and sales collateral.
  • Leadership experience or previous team handling exposure.

Experience Required

  • 3–6 years in Business Development or IT Sales
  • Experience closing projects independently is mandatory.

Salary Range

  • ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses
