Telecalling Executive (Junior / Mid-Level)

Rannlab Technologies is hiring a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calling for sales, customer communication, and appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for Junior and Mid-Level candidates who have a pleasant communication style, a strong follow-up attitude, and the ability to clearly explain services to potential clients.

As a Telecalling Executive, you will directly support the Sales and Business Development teams by calling qualified leads, nurturing prospects, answering queries, documenting responses, and coordinating with internal teams for next steps.


About the Telecalling Executive Role

The Telecalling Executive will be the first point of contact for many prospects and clients. You will be responsible for introducing Rannlab’s services, identifying client needs, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

You will handle inquiries for services such as:

  • Website & Mobile App Development
  • ERP & Custom Software
  • Digital Signature & eKYC
  • AI Solutions & Automation
  • SEO, Digital Marketing, CRM Integration
  • LMS/Healthcare/EdTech Platforms

Your role is essential in building trust and ensuring timely follow-ups, which directly impacts conversions and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities (Telecalling Executive)

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

  • Call prospective clients from provided lead lists or inbound inquiries.
  • Explain Rannlab’s services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow scripts or talking points while maintaining natural conversation flow.
  • Attend inbound calls, answer questions, and guide prospects as required.

2. Lead Qualification

  • Identify if the prospect has a genuine requirement.
  • Capture key information such as project need, budget, timeline, and decision-maker.
  • Mark leads as hot/warm/cold based on conversation insights.

3. Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Maintain systematic follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Ensure no leads remain unattended in the funnel.
  • Share brochures, proposals, or links as directed by the Sales team.

4. Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule meetings and demos for Business Development Executives.
  • Coordinate availability between clients and internal teams.
  • Send reminders and follow-up messages before scheduled calls.

5. CRM & Data Entry

  • Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate call notes and lead status.
  • Track lead progress from initial call to closure.
  • Maintain structured logs for reporting.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a polite, patient, and friendly tone while interacting with clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering professional support.
  • Handle complaints or concerns and redirect them to the appropriate team.

7. Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
  • Share insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and recurring issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport easily.
  • Confident, polite, and professional phone handling.
  • Ability to explain IT services in simple terms.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience calling for IT companies or digital agencies.
  • Understanding of basic sales and marketing terms.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business/Email tools.

Experience Required

  • Junior: 0.6–1.5 years
  • Mid-Level: 1.5–3 years
