SEO Executive (Junior / Mid-Level)

Rannlab Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented and performance-driven SEO Executive who can accelerate our organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and drive high-quality traffic for both Rannlab and our client projects. This role is ideal for Junior and Mid-Level SEO professionals with strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and analytics tools.

As an SEO Executive at Rannlab, you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies that improve visibility, search performance, and domain authority across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping SEO roadmaps, content optimization, backlink strategy, keyword research, and reporting.

About the SEO Executive Role

The SEO Executive role focuses on optimizing websites end-to-end—technical health, content structure, keyword alignment, backlinks, schemas, and analytics. You will work closely with the content team, design team, web developers, and marketing managers to ensure SEO best practices are fully implemented.

You will also work on SEO for AI tools, SaaS applications, enterprise portals, and multiple industry-specific websites including healthcare, EdTech, real estate, manufacturing, and corporate services.

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy research, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (SEO Executive)

On-Page SEO

• Optimize website pages for target keywords.
• Improve meta titles, descriptions, header structure, and image alt tags.
• Perform content audits and recommend improvements.
• Ensure SEO-friendly URLs, sitemaps, robots.txt, and internal linking.

Technical SEO

• Conduct website technical audits (crawlability, indexation, speed, Core Web Vitals).
• Fix issues related to mobile responsiveness, schema markup, canonicalization, and redirects.
• Coordinate with developers to implement technical fixes.

Off-Page SEO

• Create and manage high-quality backlink campaigns.
• Build authority links via outreach, guest posting, directories, and content syndication.
• Analyze competitor backlink strategies.

Keyword Research & Strategy

• Perform keyword research for various industries.
• Build keyword clusters and mapping documents.
• Identify ranking opportunities and content gaps.

SEO Analytics & Reporting

• Track ranking movement, impressions, clicks, and engagement metrics.
• Create weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work alongside designers for SEO-friendly creatives.
• Work with developers to ensure website technical compliance.
• Support content writers with keyword insights and SEO briefs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Analyst.
• Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Ability to perform website audits and identify issues.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Knowledge of schema markup / structured data.
• Experience working with AI tools for SEO automation.
• Exposure to paid marketing (Meta/Google Ads) would be a plus.

• Mid-Level: 2–4 years

Salary Range

• Junior: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
• Mid-Level: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000
