Rannlab Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive (female candidates preferred) to strengthen our people operations, recruitment engine, and organizational culture. As a Senior HR Executive, you will serve as the backbone of our HR function—managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, documentation, HR policies, and culture-building initiatives. You will work directly with the leadership team to shape workforce planning, hiring strategies, and people development processes across the company.
About the Senior HR Executive Role
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for building a strong employer brand, creating seamless HR processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining transparent communication within teams, and driving initiatives that improve employee morale and productivity.
This role requires a proactive communicator, a structured executor, and someone who brings empathy, professionalism, and discipline to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities (Senior HR Executive)
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment cycle for IT & non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Interact with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms for sourcing.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and recruiter performance metrics.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, ID creation, induction process.
- Ensure complete documentation (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, NDA, agreements).
- Maintain HRMS records and employee master data.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Assist in payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, updates).
- Maintain compliance documents such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment records.
- Update HR policies and ensure adherence across teams.
4. Performance Management
- Support quarterly and annual performance evaluation cycles.
- Collect feedback, maintain appraisal data, and assist in KPI discussions.
- Track probation period evaluations and confirmations.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
- Conduct skip-level meetings and feedback sessions.
- Resolve employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
6. Exit Management
- Manage resignations, notice periods, exit interviews, clearance forms.
- Prepare relieving letters and experience certificates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HR roles (IT industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with recruitment tools.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and people-handling skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience using HRMS systems.
- Payroll and compliance knowledge.
- Experience in employee training and development initiatives.
- Background in HR analytics or report building.
Experience Required
- Junior/Mid-Level: 2–4 years
- Preferably female candidates for department balancing and communication roles.

Salary Range
- ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience and performance)
