Rannlab Technologies is hiring an ambitious, energetic, and performance-driven Sales Executive to accelerate growth across IT services, digital solutions, and SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for Junior and Mid-Level candidates who understand IT sales, business development, lead generation, and deal closing.
As a Sales Executive at Rannlab, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and generating leads to presenting solutions and closing deals. You will work closely with marketing, technical teams, and leadership to bring new clients and revenue opportunities into the company.
About the Sales Executive Role
The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, conduct meetings and demos, present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close IT projects. You will play a key role in expanding Rannlab’s footprint across India, UAE, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities (Sales Executive)
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and referrals.
- Research companies and decision-makers to find high-quality prospects.
- Maintain a well-structured lead pipeline in CRM.
2. Client Engagement
- Contact leads and explain Rannlab’s services clearly and confidently.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and requirement discussions.
- Build rapport and long-term professional relationships with clients.
3. Requirement Understanding
- Understand client needs in detail and guide them towards suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate solution proposals and estimates.
- Conduct discovery calls and requirement analysis for IT projects.
4. Sales Presentations & Demos
- Present Rannlab’s capabilities, case studies, and previous work.
- Give product demos and showcase prototypes when required.
- Prepare presentations and pitch decks for enterprise clients.
5. Proposal, Negotiation & Closure
- Create commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Lead negotiation discussions confidently.
- Close deals and hand over finalized projects to the delivery team.
6. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain CRM entries for leads, deals, communication logs, and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, lead quality, pipeline status, and revenue generated.
7. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor offerings and market trends.
- Identify new opportunities for vertical and domain-specific growth.
- Provide feedback to marketing for targeted campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in IT sales, software sales, or digital marketing sales.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions simply.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and B2B outreach.
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience selling in international markets (UAE, US, Europe).
- Understanding of web, mobile, CRM, SaaS, and AI-based solutions.
- Ability to create basic pitch decks and proposals.
- Strong analytical thinking and objection-handling skills.

- Mid-Level: 2–4 years

- Junior: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
