Rannlab Technologies is seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects across web, mobile, AI, cloud, and enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for Junior and Mid-Level project managers who can ensure smooth project execution, maintain clear communication, handle client expectations, and drive delivery with accountability.
As a Project Manager at Rannlab, you will coordinate between developers, designers, QA teams, business analysts, and leadership to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with a high-quality outcome.
About the Project Manager Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and executing projects across multiple departments. You will serve as the central point of communication for both internal teams and clients.
You will be required to understand project requirements, break tasks into actionable plans, manage timelines, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth delivery. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow into Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Product Manager roles in the future.
Key Responsibilities (Project Manager)
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Break down tasks into stories, sprints, and actionable assignments.
- Create project timelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Zoho Projects.
- Ensure project documentation and requirements are well understood.
2. Team Coordination
- Assign tasks to developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
- Monitor work progress, remove blockers, and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accountability, discipline, and ownership among the team.
3. Client Communication
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients.
- Conduct weekly updates, sprint reviews, demo sessions, and requirement clarifications.
- Document change requests, new requirements, and feedback transparently.
4. Agile/Scrum Management
- Lead daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain sprint backlog and ensure the team adheres to deadlines.
- Promote Agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project health and escalate critical issues when needed.
- Ensure proper testing, bug fixing, and pre-deployment reviews.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project trackers, sprint reports, and delivery dashboards.
- Submit weekly/monthly project status reports to leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, requirement specs, and closure reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and SDLC.
- Experience managing web/mobile/software projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Zoho).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Technical understanding of web/mobile development.
- Experience with AI/ML, cloud systems, or digital signature workflows.
- Basic familiarity with databases, APIs, or DevOps pipelines.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or Agile Practitioner.
- Experience handling multiple projects in parallel.
Experience Required
- Junior: 1–2 years in project coordination or IT project management
- Mid-Level: 2–4 years managing end-to-end software projects
