Rannlab Technologies is hiring a talented IT Admin to manage internal and client IT infrastructure across servers, cloud environments, security systems, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise email platforms. As an IT Admin at Rannlab, you will support mission-critical systems used by our development, operations, cloud, and enterprise teams. Your expertise will directly impact the reliability, performance, and security of internal and client-facing applications.
About the IT Admin Role
The IT Admin role is responsible for managing servers, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, company hardware, Microsoft email services, firewalls, network configurations, system backups, and IT security protocols. You will ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the IT infrastructure while supporting employees with technical issues and optimizing overall system performance.
This position requires a strong understanding of Windows and Linux servers, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, networking concepts, IT security best practices, and DevOps workflows. Key Responsibilities (IT Admin)
Server & Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox).
- Monitor server performance and ensure uptime for critical systems.
- Perform backups, restore operations, disaster recovery planning.
Cloud Platform Management
- Manage AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Azure AD, GCP Compute).
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based applications.
- Ensure cloud security through IAM policies, access control, and encryption.
CI/CD & DevOps Support
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps).
- Support developers in deploying applications across environments.
- Monitor pipeline health and automate routine tasks.
Email & User Management
- Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, and domain email configurations.
- Create/modify users, groups, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
- Handle SPF, DKIM, DMARC configurations for email deliverability.
Network & Firewall Administration
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth allocation, and security protocols.
- Apply patch updates and maintain cybersecurity posture.
IT Support & Asset Management
- Manage Rannlab’s laptops, desktops, hardware inventory, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for employees.
- Ensure secure onboarding/offboarding of staff with proper access control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience as an IT Admin in server and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud basics.
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, network security, and routing concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 email and admin center.
- Familiarity with Linux commands, shell scripting, and system administration.
- Ability to diagnose issues across hardware, network, and cloud.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Docker & containerization.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Nagios, CloudWatch).
- Understanding of IT compliance, logging, and audit readiness.
- Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, CCNA, RHCSA, etc.
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools and SIEM systems.
Experience Required
