Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Telecaller to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will need to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to pick up on small but important details during a phone conversation are crucial.

The ideal Sales Telecaller candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives. This role is pivotal in driving our business by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering them suitable products or services.


  • Learn and follow call scripts and processes.
  • Use keen observation skills to gauge important details during phone conversations.
  • Absorb and implement customer feedback.
  • Make customers feel heard and valued.
  • Generate leads and meet sales objectives.


  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow scripts and processes.
  • Excellent observation skills.
  • Ability to absorb and implement customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing would be a plus

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

Academic Requirements

  • B.A., B.Sc. BBA, BCA, or MCA, in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 60% throughout Academics
  • The candidate did an Internship during his/her academics
  • Candidate did a project during his/her academics


  • During the Probation Period of 6 months: INR ₹15000 + Incentives
  • Post Probation: INR ₹ 1.40 – 2.40 LPA+ Incentives
  • For 3 or More Years of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
