Hiring Inside Sales Executive – IT Lead Generation & Cold Calling

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our marketing and sales team. You will be responsible for lead generation through various online channels and for connecting with potential clients via calls to explain our IT services and solutions.

This is an onsite, voice-based lead generation and client outreach role that requires prior experience in IT services sales calling. You’ll work closely with the marketing and business development teams to convert qualified leads into potential opportunities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential leads from LinkedIn, online directories, B2B platforms, and tender websites.
  • Qualify leads based on industry, company size, and service needs.
  • Update and manage lead database with accurate prospect details.

☎️ Cold Calling & Follow-ups

  • Make outbound calls to generated leads and prospects.
  • Follow up with potential clients through phone and email.
  • Clearly communicate service offerings (Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM, AI, etc.) and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.

📊 Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and lead status reports.
  • Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams for closures and proposals.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and call targets.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT services lead generation or calling.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident telephone presence with excellent follow-up etiquette.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IndiaMART, TenderTiger, or similar is a plus.
  • Good understanding of software development services (web, mobile, CRM, etc.) is preferred.
