Hiring HR Manager – IT Recruitment & Team Management


✨ About the Role

We are hiring an HR Manager with proven experience in IT recruitment and team management. The ideal candidate should have worked in an IT company and managed end-to-end hiring for developers, QA testers, designers, digital marketers, and support teams.

This role goes beyond recruitment — the HR Manager will be responsible for employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and building a strong organizational culture aligned with Rannlab’s vision of growth and innovation.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles (Developers, QA, UI/UX, Project Managers, Digital Marketing, Support).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, JDs, and KPIs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and hiring agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and reduce hiring timelines.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain HRMS records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, and statutory compliance.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Build a positive work culture with engagement activities.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and appraisals.
  • Implement training & upskilling programs for employees.
  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

4. Performance & Organization Development

  • Work with management to design career ladders and promotion frameworks.
  • Track employee KPIs and productivity metrics.
  • Support leadership in resource planning & workforce scaling.
  • Align HR strategy with company goals for growth and profitability.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in HR, with at least 3+ years in IT/Software industry.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (developers, QA, designers, digital marketing).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policies.
  • Familiar with HRMS tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
