Hiring HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, administration, operations, and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can handle day-to-day HR activities while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth operational efficiency across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Recruitment:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
2. HR Administration:
  • Oversee and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure timely updates and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Operations Management:
  • Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and align them with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers for HR-related services.
  • Oversee employee welfare programs and other initiatives to promote workplace satisfaction.
4. Employee Relations & Team Management:
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve workplace concerns effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to achieve department goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
5. Performance Management:
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create growth and development plans for employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
6. Strategic HR Planning:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive HR practices.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational structure optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in IT recruitment, HR operations, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Selection Process

  • 1. Screening Round (HR Round):
  • Purpose: Assess basic eligibility, experience, and understanding of the role.
  • 2. Technical Round:
  • Purpose: Evaluate the candidate’s expertise in HR operations, IT recruitment strategies, compliance, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • 3. Leadership/Behavioral Round:
  • Purpose: Assess team management, leadership qualities, and alignment with company culture.
  • 4. Final Round:
  • Purpose: Test practical skills through real-world HR scenarios.

Remuneration

  • During Probation Period of 6 months: INR 3.00 -3.50LPA
  • Post Probation: INR ₹ 3.50 – 5.00 LPA
  • For 3 or More Year of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
  • Bond: – 1 Year Bond
  • Job Location: – Greater Noida
