Hiring Flutter Developer/ Mobile App Developer

Responsibilities

1. Participate in requirements analysis to understand project needs and objectives.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and backend developers, to produce software design and architecture suitable for Flutter applications.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
4. Test and deploy Flutter applications across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and web.
5. Debug and troubleshoot issues with Flutter applications, ensuring smooth performance and user experience.
6. Continuously improve and refactor codebase to enhance application functionality and performance.
7. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure clarity and maintainability of the code.
8. Serve as an expert on Flutter applications, providing technical support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or Mobile Application Developer.
2. Familiarity with the Flutter framework and its ecosystem.
3. Proficiency in Dart programming language.
4. Knowledge of mobile app design principles and best practices.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and other architecture styles commonly used in mobile app development.
6. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
7. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality mobile applications.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum Experience Required

• For Freshers: 6 Months Training in Well Known Institute or Min 6 Months Work Experience Internship (Preferred)
• For Experience: Minimum 1-2 Year of Experience in a company in a specific domain.
• For Freelancers: Minimum 2 Year of Full-Time Freelancing

Academic Requirements

Remuneration

• During Probation Period of 6 months: INR ₹1.40 – 3.00 LPA
• Post Probation: INR ₹ 2.40 – 5.40 LPA
• For 3 or More Year of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
• Bond: – 1 Year Bond

• Notice Period: 3 Months
