🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, software development, AI, digital transformation, and SaaS solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and insights to leadership.
  • Represent Rannlab at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–4 years in IT sales, software services, or digital marketing sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of IT services: Web, Mobile, ERP, AI, SaaS, Cloud.
  • Bonus: Experience in international sales / UAE / US / Europe markets.
