As an AI Developer at Rannlab, you will help create AI-powered engines for enterprise automation, customer experience systems, digital signature workflows, healthcare intelligence modules, SaaS platforms, and next-gen Rannlab products involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.

About the AI Developer Role

The AI Developer role involves designing, training, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models and LLM-based systems. You will work closely with data engineers, Python developers, cloud teams, and product managers to bring intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities into production-grade applications.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy building real-world ML pipelines, experimenting with deep-learning architectures, integrating OpenAI/Anthropic models, and applying AI to solve meaningful business challenges.

Key Responsibilities (AI Developer)

Machine Learning & AI Development

• Build, train, and deploy ML models using Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Work with datasets, data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experiment with classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and forecasting.

LLM & NLP Engineering

• Integrate large language models (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini).
• Build NLP systems for summarization, sentiment analysis, text classification, entity extraction, and conversational AI.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, or ElasticSearch.

Computer Vision

• Work on basic or intermediate CV tasks such as OCR, image classification, detection, and segmentation (OpenCV, YOLO, MediaPipe).

AI Automation & Integration

• Build AI agents that automate workflows, human-like conversations, and process orchestration.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, cloud services, backend systems, and front-end applications.

MLOps & Deployment

• Deploy ML/AI models using Docker, FastAPI, Flask, or serverless cloud environments.
• Monitor model performance, optimize results, and manage versioning.

Product Collaboration

• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend teams, cloud engineers, and PMs to deliver AI features into live products.
• Document models, workflows, and technical designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong foundation in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, evaluation metrics, and model lifecycle.
• Experience in NLP concepts: tokenization, embeddings, transformers, fine-tuning.
• Ability to work with APIs, JSON, and integration workflows.
• Good knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Llama, or Anthropic APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other AI framework tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow.

Salary Range

• Junior: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000
