Client Success Manager (Junior / Mid-Level)

Rannlab Technologies is seeking a highly proactive and communication-driven Client Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries. This role is ideal for Junior and Mid-Level professionals who can understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, ensure service satisfaction, and drive long-term client retention.

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the central bridge between clients and technical teams. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, tracking project progress, resolving issues, preparing reports, conducting review meetings, and ensuring a world-class experience throughout the client lifecycle.


About the Client Success Manager Role

The Client Success Manager ensures clients receive maximum value from Rannlab’s services and digital solutions. You will work across projects involving web applications, mobile apps, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP modules, and enterprise technologies.

Your responsibility includes understanding client goals, monitoring delivery performance, communicating progress, and identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities (Client Success Manager)

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong, trusting relationships through regular check-ins and communication.
  • Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives clearly.
  • Address concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.

2. Onboarding & Client Setup

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, documentation, and system setup.
  • Provide product walkthroughs, training sessions, and feature explanations.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery teams.

3. Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to track project progress.
  • Share updates with clients, schedule demos, release notes, and milestone reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of modules, reports, and deliverables.

4. Data Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Analyze KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback to provide insights.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in product usage or project workflow.

5. Issue Resolution

  • Log, track, and follow up on client-reported issues with technical teams.
  • Communicate resolution timelines and ensure closure in a professional manner.
  • Maintain transparency and manage expectations effectively.

6. Retention & Upsell Opportunities

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Contribute to account expansion strategies and renewal discussions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement.

7. Process Improvement

  • Recommend enhancements to workflows, documentation, and client communication frameworks.
  • Take part in internal meetings, reviews, and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of IT services and software project workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or web technologies.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience in preparing business reports and client presentations.
  • Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Good analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities.

Experience Required

  • Junior: 1–2 years
  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years

Salary Range

  • Junior: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
  • Mid-Level: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000
