Hiring UI/UX Designer – Web, Mobile Apps & Interactive Animations

✨ About the Role

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer who can create next-generation designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI design systems, UX research, and interactive animations while understanding development feasibility and user psychology.

At Rannlab, our projects span across AI-driven applications, digital signature platforms, SaaS dashboards, healthcare, fintech, and enterprise solutions. We need a designer who can balance creativity, usability, and technical practicality, delivering designs that not only look great but also work seamlessly with our development teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma/Adobe XD.
• Create animations and micro-interactions for apps and websites (using After Effects, Lottie, or similar).
• Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams for branding consistency.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design (web & mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of frontend development constraints (HTML, CSS, React/Angular basics).
• Experience with animations & motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, Principle, or Framer).
• Knowledge of UX research methods (personas, A/B testing, user journey mapping).
• Ability to design complex dashboards, SaaS products, and enterprise systems.
• Awareness of accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsive design.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or healthcare products.
• Knowledge of designing for AI-driven apps (chatbots, automation dashboards).
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, Webflow).
