Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience in building and managing high-performance Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Socket.IO, Firebase Integration, WebRTC, and App Management, including publishing apps on Play Store and App Store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. App Development and Maintenance:
   • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
   • Ensure smooth performance and a seamless user experience.
2. App Management and Publishing:
   • Manage end-to-end processes for publishing applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
   • Monitor app performance and address issues reported post-deployment.
3. Socket.IO and WebRTC Integration:
   • Implement real-time communication features using Socket.IO.
   • Work with WebRTC for live video/audio streaming and other multimedia solutions.
4. Firebase Integration:
   • Integrate and manage Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, and Analytics.
5. Collaborative Development:
   • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality apps.
   • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization processes.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure code quality through regular testing and performance tuning.
   • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or bugs in the application.
7. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, Android, and iOS development.
   • Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and app efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Dart, with hands-on experience in Android Development and iOS Development.
  • Strong understanding of Socket.IO and WebRTC for real-time communication.
  • Expertise in Firebase Integration for various app functionalities.
  • Experience in app submission processes for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Tools and Frameworks:
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Remuneration

• During Probation Period of 6 months: INR ₹3.60 – 4.80 LPA
• Post Probation: INR ₹ 4.80 – 5.40 LPA
• For 3 or More Year of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
