Responsibilities of Business Development Associate
- Client Portfolio Development:
- Cultivate and expand a portfolio of corporate clients through effective networking and targeted marketing efforts.
- Identify potential business opportunities and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Needs Assessment and Recommendations:
- Assess client IT requirements by understanding their unique needs and pain points.
- Provide informed recommendations, including tailored IT equipment and service packages.
- Sales Presentations and Pitching:
- Prepare compelling sales visits and presentations to showcase our products, services, and bundled solutions.
- Articulate the value proposition effectively to clients, emphasizing how our offerings align with their business goals.
- Vendor Collaboration and Evaluation:
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, and service options.
- Internally advocate for the most suitable solutions based on client needs and market trends.
- Intra-Organizational Engagement:
- Actively participate in committees and forums representing our IT organization.
- Contribute insights, share best practices, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Client Support:
- Provide technical support to clients both before and after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and marketing software.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
- The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum Experience Required
- For Freshers: 6 Months Training in Well Known Institute or Min 6 Months Work Experience Internship (Preferred)
- For Experience: Minimum 1-2 Year of Experience in a company in Marketing domain.
- For Freelancers: Minimum 2 Year of Full-Time Freelancing

Remuneration
- During Probation Period of 6 months: INR ₹1.20 – 1.80 LPA + Incentives
- Post Probation: INR ₹ 1.80 – 2.40 LPA+ Incentives
- For 3 or More Year of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
- Bond: – 1 Year Bond
