We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist, to join the talent department and oversee the entire recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities for recruiting include recruiting candidates through multiple channels, scheduling interviews, and selection processes, and hosting or attending career events. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to develop long-term recruitment strategies and build trust with potential employers.
Ultimately, He will create a strong talent pipeline that addresses our current and future recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Minimum Experience Required
- For Freshers: 6 Months Training in Well Known Institute or Min 6 Months Work Experience
- Internship (Preferred)
- For Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a company in a specific domain.
- For Freelancers: Minimum 2 Years of Full-Time Freelancing

- BBA, MBA in HR or a related field
- 70% throughout Academics

Remuneration
- During Probation Period of 6 months: INR ₹1.40 – 2.00 LPA
- Post Probation: INR ₹ 2.40 – 3.40 LPA
- For 3 or More Years of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
- Bond: – 1 Year Bond (For Freshers)
- Notice Period: 2 Months
