Hiring UI/UX Designer – Multi-Platform Design Expertise

✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer with strong design editing skills and a passion for building user-centric digital experiences across a wide range of platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing clean, intuitive, and impactful interfaces for:

• Websites
• Mobile apps (Android & iOS)
• Custom hardware and software solutions
• Windows desktop applications
• KIOSK interfaces

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to bring projects to life.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🎯 UI/UX Design

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, desktop, and embedded systems.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices across all designs.
• Adapt designs based on platform-specific needs (e.g., KIOSK, touchscreens, desktop).

🖌️ Design Editing & Graphics

• Edit and enhance images, icons, banners, and illustrations.
• Work on branding elements including color palettes, typography, logos, and assets.
• Create assets for UI components that align with brand identity.

🔍 Research & Usability

• Conduct UX audits, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Collaborate on user personas and journey mapping.
• Suggest UI/UX improvements based on data, feedback, and competitive analysis.

🔄 Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure pixel-perfect handovers.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Prepare design systems, UI kits, and interaction guidelines for developers.

🧠 Required Skills

• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience designing for web apps, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and custom platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX for Windows-based desktop apps and KIOSK UIs.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Good grasp of UX writing, micro-interactions, and motion design is a plus.
• Experience working with design systems and component-based frameworks.
