We are hiring SEO & Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute online marketing strategies, generate high-quality leads, and enhance our digital presence across search engines, social platforms, and advertising networks.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and overall performance marketing. You’ll collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to drive measurable growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔍 SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, schema, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.).
- Improve website rankings on Google using white-hat SEO techniques.
📢 Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Create and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Run LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Analyze ad performance, optimize budgets, and improve CTR & ROI.
✍️ Content & Social Media Strategy
- Coordinate with content team for blog/article topics, keywords, and SEO alignment.
- Plan and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create content calendars and drive engagement via organic and paid strategies.
📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Track KPIs like impressions, clicks, bounce rate, conversions, CAC, etc.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
🔗 Off-Page & Link Building
- Execute ethical link-building campaigns (guest posts, PR, business listings).
- Manage local SEO efforts via Google Business Profile and local citations.
💼 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML.
- Strong copywriting and content briefing skills for SEO-based content.
- Certifications in Google Ads or HubSpot are a plus.
