Hiring Project Manager / Scrum Master – IT Projects

✨ About the Role

We’re hiring Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver high-performance software projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to client communication and final delivery—ensuring teams stay aligned, productive, and committed to delivering quality.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on manager, and certified (or experienced) Scrum Master who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders including developers, QA, UI/UX teams, and clients.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📋 Project Management

• Define project scopes, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
• Create and maintain project documentation including SOWs, timelines, and reports.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Resolve project roadblocks and ensure resource alignment.

🚀 Scrum & Agile Facilitation

• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Track and improve Agile KPIs like velocity, sprint burndown, and team capacity.
• Promote Agile best practices across all teams.

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project status calls, demos, and progress reports.
• Gather client feedback and ensure changes are incorporated efficiently.

🔄 Team Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: development, design, QA, DevOps.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing practices.
• Drive continuous process improvement and project retrospection.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of delivering web/mobile/enterprise software projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, Jira/ClickUp/Trello.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills (Excel, Gantt Charts, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is highly preferred.
