Tech Skills:

• Must know the PHP, PHP Frameworks and Moodle
• Good knowledge of JavaScript ES5/ES6
• Strong knowledge of {{functional or object-oriented}} programming.
• Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries
• Knowledge of user interface design and responsive designs

• The following qualifications are required for this position: 
• Minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience in planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Moodle web-based computer information systems, including, experience with cloud-based Moodle deployments, as well as, experience with PHP, MySQL, Linux, REDIS, and Apache-based Moodle deployments;
• Minimum of one year of working experience in Moodle 2.x and up, including Moodle file system, permissions controls, developing and deploying Moodle plugins, Moodle customization working in PHP/HTML/CSS/Javascript;
• Experience developing and deploying Moodle plugins;
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, as well as, knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) build, test, and deploy processes;
• Experience in using Git as a code repository and following best practices for code version control, build and deploy, and release management.

Responsibilities:

• The Consultants will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering large-scale internet-based selection tests (IBT) systems using Moodle. The Developer/Moodle Specialist is effectively responsible for the following duties:
• Install and configure Moodle in OICT’s Web hosting environment.
• Design, code, and implementation of custom features specific to the Client’s test-based systems, including but not limited to:
• Apply advanced permission controls for managing and controlling user access with organization units segregated from each other;
• Off-line delivery of quizzes that make use of SCORM as applicable;
• Evaluate and implement solutions for dual anonymous online grading quizzes;
• Implement automatic delivery of results to test takers;
• Design user interfaces, including presenting mockups and wireframes for approval before implementation;
• Support for aggregating data from external sources e.g. test participants’ details, as well as, disseminating data in structured formats to external systems and as structured data exports;
• Provide documentation, training, and support for Moodle-based testing solutions.

Requirements:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Must have built at least two Projects with Moodle LMS
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in mobile development Android or iOS
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial

Minimum Experience Required

• For Freshers: 6 Months Training in Well Known Institute or Min 6 Months Work Experience
• Internship (Preferred)
• For Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a company in a specific domain.
• For Freelancers: Minimum 2 Years of Full-Time Freelancing

Remuneration

• During Probation Period of 6 months: INR ₹1.40 – 3.00 LPA
• Post Probation: INR ₹ 2.40 – 5.40 LPA
• For 3 or More Years of Experience Person, we will discuss during the final interview
• Bond: – 1 Year Bond (For Freshers)
• Notice Period: 2 Months
