Hiring HR Manager – Tech Hiring & Resource Management

About the Role

We are hiring an HR Manager with a strong focus on technical hiring and organizational resource management. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resource functions, including onboarding, policy enforcement, performance tracking, and talent acquisition—especially for technical positions such as developers, testers, and designers.

This role is ideal for candidates who either have a technical background and an MBA in HR or proven experience hiring for tech roles in dynamic software companies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

👥 Human Resource & Policy Management

  • Manage employee life cycle: onboarding, orientation, policy implementation, exit formalities.
  • Maintain attendance records, leave policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure smooth induction and cultural integration of new employees.

📅 Weekly & Monthly HR Operations

  • Track and report attendance and leaves weekly.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering resource performance and departmental status.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions, training coordination, and engagement activities.

🧑‍💻 Technical Hiring & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end hiring for technical roles such as:
    • WordPress Developers
    • React/Node/Flutter Developers
    • QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers
  • Coordinate job posting, shortlisting, technical assessment, and interview process.
  • Maintain a proactive candidate pipeline and work with internal teams on manpower forecasting.

🧑‍🏫 Ideal Profile

  • Must have experience in technical hiring or come from a technical background.
  • Ability to understand tech stacks, developer needs, and recruitment cycles.
  • Must have managed HRMS or ATS software and technical job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, CutShort).

🏢 Office & Resource Management

  • Manage office supplies, workstation allocation, and employee grievances.
  • Coordinate with admin and tech leads to ensure smooth resource functioning.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
  • Proven track record in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and hiring platforms.
  • Adaptability to work in a tech-oriented fast-paced environment.
