✨ About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design engaging visual content and edit professional videos for our social media platforms, YouTube channels, and educational content initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and education teams to design eye-catching graphics, reels, shorts, long-format videos, and animated educational creatives that resonate with our brand and target audience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🎨 Graphic Design

• Design engaging posts, banners, and carousels for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create visually appealing thumbnails, ad creatives, presentation decks, and infographics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain branding across all creatives.
• Design educational illustrations, icons, templates, and PDF layouts for course content.

🎬 Video Editing

• Edit videos for YouTube (long-form), Reels/Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn, and ad campaigns.
• Add transitions, effects, background music, voice-overs, and branding elements.
• Work with motion graphics, subtitles, animated text, and infographic-style videos.
• Ensure high-quality video exports optimized for different platforms.

📚 Education Content Design

• Design explainer visuals and dynamic slides for e-learning and corporate training materials.
• Work on content for courses (PDF design, video modules, branded lessons).
• Collaborate with trainers and curriculum teams to visualize concepts effectively.

✅ Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools for quick turnarounds.
• Understanding of aspect ratios and best practices for different social media platforms.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience in 2D animation, basic motion graphics, or typography design.
