✨ About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for our IT services and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in web development, app development, CRM/ERP, and emerging tech like AI or IoT.
The BDM will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and closing deals, while also maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, IndiaMART, and other B2B platforms.
- Identify new potential clients across India and international markets.
- Create business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
🤝 Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person), understand pain points, and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
💼 Bid Management & Revenue Growth
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and write compelling proposals.
- Work closely with pre-sales and tech teams for solution crafting.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
📊 Reporting & Strategy
- Maintain sales pipeline, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and suggest service improvement areas.
- Contribute to marketing and growth strategies.
💡 Preferred Industry Experience
- Web/App Development Services

✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services, or software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, bidding portals, and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).
- MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus.
